Legal Requirements

Certain legal documents must be submitted to us at least one month before your wedding date. Please arrange the following:

English translation of your Marriage Certificate

Copy of birth certificate (original required one day before the wedding)

Copy of valid passport (original required one day before the wedding)

Full names, addresses, and occupations of the couple

Full names, addresses, and occupations of both parents of the couple

An affidavit signed by a solicitor (with company stamp) confirming the marital status of both the bride and groom before the wedding

Special Cases

If either party is divorced: a Decree Absolute proving the previous marriage has been lawfully terminated

If either party is widowed: a Death Certificate of the former spouse

If either party has had a name change: legal proof of the change
